Coaching for business to ease the burden

Why are we so reluctant to hire coaches in our lives? We act is if this is only relevant to sports. If you want to be the best we can be at something then you need people in your lives to push you to that level. You will not be able to do it alone.
To use sports as an example, take the example of Tiger Woods. Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer on the planet but has several coaches included one for his swing and game. No matter what level we are at, we can always attain higher levels of achievement.
